Carmen at Franklin-Martinez Bookkeeping and Consulting, LLC has been an incredible asset to our company. She’s extremely knowledgeable—not just in bookkeeping, but in so many other areas of business, from HR to practical, common-sense decision-making. Carmen brings a great balance of being easy to work with while also staying factual and to the point. She’s helped guide us through a challenging transition and continues to add tremendous value as our company grows. I highly recommend her to any business looking for a trusted, well-rounded advisor.

Carmen has been amazing to work with! She’s helped me a great deal with bookkeeping and understanding various processes. She’s super patient, easy to work with, and always willing to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. She even answered my phone calls while on vacation and spent over an hour with me when I had questions.

I’ve learned a great deal from her, and she’s made a significant difference in how we manage our finances. I’d definitely recommend her to any business owner who wants solid, straightforward support with their books or accounting systems.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Carmen on everything from cleaning up messy books to creating smarter workflows, and even learning the ins and outs of filing 1099s and W-2s with local authorities. She guided me through projects that felt overwhelming at first, but with her expertise, everything became manageable and scalable. Carmen doesn’t just provide bookkeeping support — she brings clarity, efficiency, and peace of mind. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a trusted bookkeeping consultant. She truly saved my sanity!
